CONVERSIONS OF U.S. LICENSE TO PANAMA / LIBERIA / VANUATU / MARSHALL ISLANDS

Martin International has established a working relationship with the Consulates of Panama, Liberia, Vanuatu and the Marshall Islands for the purpose of assisting personnel who wish to work on rigs and vessels that fly the flags of these countries. U.S. licenses can now be converted through Martin International.

Martin International completes the entire process quickly and efficiently. We handle the physical examinations, passport photographs, fees to foreign consulates, and all paperwork applications.

Many times this entire process takes place while the applicant is attending one of our training courses. This results in a considerable savings for the sponsoring company in the form of pay, travel, lodging, etc. In other words, the applicant obtains his Coast Guard license or document as well as a foreign license or document with no additional time involved.
